About the event
Join CV NAHN for a morning focused on leadership, advocacy, connection, and the future of nursing in the Central Valley. This workshop is designed for nurses and nursing students at every stage of their journey. Whether you lead from the bedside, the classroom, the community, or a formal leadership role, your voice and influence matter.
Featured speaker Ana Palacio will share how nurses can make an impact through health policy, advocacy, and leadership beyond the bedside. Attendees will also explore what it means to lead where they are and how everyday leadership can strengthen teams, communities, and the nursing profession.
The event will include meaningful networking, light refreshments, door prizes, and an interactive member discussion focused on the priorities that matter most to CV NAHN members.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
Gain practical insight into leadership and advocacy
Learn how nurses can influence health policy
